6. Payments & Fees

7. Cancellations & Returns

• Senders can cancel requests before a courier picks up the package.
• If a courier cancels after pickup, they must return the package promptly.

8. Liability & Insurance

• We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by events beyond our control.

9. Prohibited Items

• Firearms, explosives, or dangerous goods.
